When To the Gym ..

Did The Bench Press .. Dumbell Lifting .. Abs machine .. Standard Stuffs ..
Ohhhyaaaa .. Karthi Told Me That If You Lift more Weight but do less sets , You are growing bigger muscle ..
But if you lift less Weight but do more sets , you doing defination (getting cuts for muscle shapes)
Ehkk .. At Least I Learn Somethin Today Rather then Those who are spending thier time dozing off ..
